Professional artists say ‘kitchen magicians’ wreaking havoc on tattoo community

Illegal tattoo artists known as “kitchen magicians” are wreaking havoc on the tattoo community, creating an increased risk of spreading the infectious disease Hepatitis C, according to one local artist.
