State officials are warning anyone who may have been tattooed or pierced at the 2nd Look Ink shop to get tested for hepatitis and HIV.
The Delaware Division of Public Health says the shop on West 4th Street was operating without a permit and violated regulations under Title 16 of the Delaware Code. They learned about the illegal operation after a customer of the shop reported it to the state after getting a tattoo there
