BARMY plans to give Scottish prisoners free body piercings sparked outrage
last night.
The move would cut the spread of deadly Hepatitis C among inmates, say
university boffins and health chiefs.
But the controversial scheme has been branded “ridiculous” and a waste of
taxpayers’ cash.
