Alberta Health Services is warning
Edmontonians who may have received fresh ink from a home-based tattoo
shop to get tested for viruses, including Hepatitis B and C, and HIV.
The province issued a closure order for Tazzman Tattoo, an operation
run out of a residence near 107 Avenue and 105 Street, and artist Steve
AHS believes the parlour was not using proper sterilization or sanitation processes when administering tattoos.
